The transaction is itself divided into an upfront payment of USD 406 million and the maximum potential deferred payment of USD 113 million.
Djarot added, will focus on debt payments to settle debts with high interest rates. Debt maturing operator itself worth USD 141.2 million and Rp 2.06 trillion to be completed within a period of 12 months.
"Debt maturity is there that the Bank Mandiri, there is a foreign party," he added.
Under the terms of sale, the company will lease back the tower is sold for a minimum period of 10 years based on market prices. Indosat claims will enjoy significant savings in terms of expenditures for capital expenditure and operating assets of the tower.
In addition, the funds are used for investment in network construction valued at Rp 6.5 to 7.5 trillion.
